I’m a 34 year old female and I get little red bumps and whiteheads on my chest, upper arms and back. They look bad. I really don’t get acne on my face. I am a very hygenic person but I do work that causes me to sweat a lot. Would the birth control pill help? I use acne washes but they don’t help much. Should I be on an antibiotic? I’m getting scarring from picking at them too. HELP! I’m otherwise very attractive but I feel so ugly.

See your dermatologist, he will give you pills.

Body scrubs might help. Use the spray on blemish remover from Clinique. It works.

is your skin dry? if it is, you might be washing it too much or not using a lotion that matches your skin type.
