How to Get Rid of Pimples Fast?

Saturday, February 19th, 2011
How to get rid of pimples fast? A question asked by many desperate teenagers. You can clear your pimples quickly if you have a mild acne with some simple methods which I will disclose in this article. The result is that you will have a beautiful skin and a nice face later.

You can find lots of advice on the internet on how to cure acne overnight, however I believe that only these three are true: detoxify your body from bad toxins, eating a healthy diet and have a proper hygiene. Off course, there are some herbal treatments and some home remedies which will help, but these are only complementing the first three. The advice to put some toothpaste on your pimples, I believe it is just a shortcut which will not remove your pimples for long term.

Normally the body works to eliminate the toxins itself. This is a natural process of the body, and the pimples on your face is a sign of it. If you can, a fasting day will help you get rid of pimples quickly. You can have a day drinking only water or just eating a fruit. Apples are very good to detoxify your body. However, you must have a very good health for doing this and you must add vitamins and minerals supplements. At the end of the third day, you will see a great improvement in your skin face.

A proper diet for acne sufferers includes lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. You must avoid mucus or oily foods, fast-foods, processed foods or carbonated soft drinks.

A proper hygiene means washing your face as much as possible to get rid of dirt and dust from your face, with warm water and a soft cleansing product for acne. Also, washing your hands and hair daily is important if you suffer from acne. An important aspect includes changing your pillow as often as you can, because lots of bacteria can pass through it. This is a good advice for your health in general because unclean sheets can trigger other kinds of diseases.

As you can see, pimples are easy to control and clear forever without expensive drugs and creams. Using simple home remedies for your acne can get you a face like a star.

Natural Breakthrough in Acne Treatment: be Rid of Pimples Forever

Wednesday, February 9th, 2011
Chris Gibson was a chronic acne sufferer for over 10 years, spending literally thousands of dollars over this time on different over-the-counter acne treatments in an effort to find some form of ‘something’ that would simply stop the pimples coming back. Driven to desperation, Chris began investing in research of his own to find that ‘miracle ingredient’ for the most effective acne treatment. After moving through what seemed to be ‘every’ possible chemical combination a pharmacist could produce, Chris turned to natural treatment possibilities. As the old saying goes ‘if you seek, you will find’ and Chris did find what he was looking for. After ‘permanently’ curing himself, Chris took his findings to investors for commercial testing.

What has been developed is the scientifically-proven secrets that can cure acne in 3 days, no harsh prescription drugs or the never-ending expense of over-the-counter products that don’t actually work for majority of the American and Australian populations. The product is in fact a book, a guide on how to remove acne extremely quickly and effectively and additionally, but most importantly, the method needed to never get acne back ever again.

Chris Gibson has been on television several times now, all over America, demonstrating how the system has been proven to work for pimples, zits, whiteheads, and blackheads, it is obvious that there are some financial backers very impressed with his product. As a health cosmetics testing agent I was very surprised when I was asked to review a book as opposed to the usual products, a cream for example. This is why however, I am writing such a positive review, this is the first acne treatment system that allows you to pay your money and hold onto the product forever, there is no use-by date on this system.  The other beauty to this product is the ability to share the information, as a book or ebook you can pass the information onto family and friends, or simply use it, put it away and in the future event its services are required you can just pull it out, you own it.

I hope you enjoyed this instalment of Health Review – acne treatment addition.

How to Get Rid of Pimples and Skin Blemishes

Sunday, January 30th, 2011
A big pimple appearing on the face the day of a big event is likely to be distressing. Pimple on your back, though out of sight, are painful. No one wants to be plagued with pimples anywhere. There is no need to suffer unnecessarily. You can get rid of pimples and with proper care, keep the breakouts minimal.

A pimple begins in a pore of your skin. A healthy pore is clean and unblocked. The problem begins when dead skin cells and oil clog up your pore. Bacteria then breeds in the mix causing an inflammation or irritation which we see as a pimple. That is why you should not pick your pimples as you can end up spreading the bacteria, leading to more pimples.

Your skin is not without its defense. It has an acid mantle that bacteria finds inhospitable. However, when you wash your face, you also wash away that layer of protection and your skin takes half to one hour to regenerate that protection. It then makes sense to use a moisturizer or toner after washing your face, to restore your skin’s protection.

That said, to get rid of pimples, you have to unclog the pores and keep a layer of protection to deter bacteria from building up.

The best way to unclog your pores is to exfoliate. It could be a physical exfoliation via a grainy scrub, or a chemical one using AHA or salicylic acid to dissolve the ‘glue’ that makes the dead skin cells stick to the pore walls. Go for something gentle so you do not irritate your skin further.

Next, you need to kill the bacteria. Did you know you could go to your family doctor to get your acne and boils treated? He would typically prescribe an antibiotic cream and a course of antibiotics. That works because when the bacteria responsible for the inflammations is eliminated, your pimples and boils would go a way. The problem with pimples is that after you finish the antibiotics and if your immune system is still unable to control the bacteria growth on your skin, the pimples would return. A long term course of antibiotics stretching over months might not appeal to everyone.

There are other ways to get rid of the bacteria. Over the counter preparations and acne treatments from Clinique, Clarins and other beauty brands are effective too. Some of the ingredients to look out for include benzoyl peroxide which is found on many of the cheaper over the counter acne preparations. What benzoyl peroxide does is to force oxygen into the pore making it inhospitable for bacteria to live in, killing the acne bacteria which hates oxygen. Salicylic acid is another ingredient that works by unclogging the pores. Tea tree oil kills the bacteria outright. These are just some of the possible ingredients you might find in your acne preparations.

For boils, applying a drop of tea tree oil on each boil every 2 hours may be enough to kill the bacteria and bring down the boil. But don’t fool around with boils. These can develop into abcesses which may need surgery, so see the doctor as soon as possible if you have a boil.
