Say Goodbye to Acne

Great another pimple, Is my period coming? Did I eat too much chocolate? Why am I always breaking out? What is the best acne remedy? If you have ever asked these questions you are not alone. Many of us suffer from acne even throughout adulthood. Sorry to tell you kids this, sometimes you don’t grow out of it.

Just like there are many things that cause acne, there are many acne remedies. There is no one surefire way to stop acne, but you can take steps to improve your complexion. I personally am a fan of a more natural approach, in the past I have tried wipes, creams, scrubs, benzoyl peroxide, prescriptions, oh yeah, the retail stores love me. There is a whole aisle dedicated to acne remedies, but if they actually worked, why do I have to keep buying them all the time with only nominal results?

I have talked to a dermatologist to review my acne treatment. With so many options out there it is hard to know what is best for my acne. I have heard tons of advertisements saying this is the best acne treatment, or that is best for your acne. The answer is not the same for everyone.

For starters you need to define your skin type, do you have oily or dry skin? Do you have a lot of stress? Where do you have the most acne? Do you have forehead acne, or are you looking for a cure for back acne? If you narrow down what may be contributing to your skin condition, it will be easier to find treatment for it.

No one likes having pimples, zits, blackheads or whatever you want to call them. Just know you don’t have to live with it, you can have good skin. With a few simple lifestyle changes you will be amazed at the difference it can make in your skin.

I want a powder that feels light and looks natural. Also one that is good for your skin. That doesn’t clog pores and cause acne.
I haven’t tried Bare Minerals either!
What about the Clinique powder?

I don’t have severe acne or anything, my face isn’t too oily or too dry, but it seems like I always have some acne and I do wear makeup a lot. I want to find a good foundation that wont cause acne, but gives good coverage because my face isn’t even toned and i have blemishes etc.
