How long does it take birth control to settle down acne?

I just started taking Yaz about 7 weeks ago and my acne has cleared some, but not all the way. How long does it take for an optimal effect? I only have a few surface pimples, not cystic acne or severe acne.

I don’t remember hearing anything in Sex Ed. about pimples being transmitted sexually…….

it took me more or less than 2months but u also have to change your eating habits alittle too.
