there’s not quick answer, I would suggest not touching your face or pupping your pimples. You should also do the following 1) eat right 2) try taking natural supplements 3) exercise and 4) avoiding eating fatty foods and or junk food. sweetie i’ll take a bad case of acne over a bad attitude and making fun of people dont think less of yourself because of people’s opinion dont waste time and money on cheap remedies see a dermotologist maybe expensive but it is all worth it cant put a price on hapiness good luck
